Everyone wants to feel happy and everyone has different ways to be happy. Here are 5 ways you can use to increase your enjoyment of life and bring more happiness to your life:
1. Be with people who make you smile
Research shows that, by having happy people around us, they will makes us happy too. Be with happy people will change your life to a better.
2. Accept the good
Look at your life and find out what happened. Don’t push away anything because nothing is perfect. When something good happens, accept even the little things.
3. Do what you love
You will find more love and success if you do what you love to do. List down 5 things you like to do and take times to figure out which one is truly suit to yourself and future. Happiness will automatically exist in your life journey without stressed and boring.
4. Don't be afraid to change
Even if it doesn't feel good to change sometimes, but you can only trust change. Change has arrived, so plan ahead and support your mood. I got promoted to a higher level in my previous company, but I rejected and chose another company, which I believed it will develop my future carrier path. And now, I feel much better and will never regret of this decision that I made alone. I knew it will be a green light for me to open a new page of my career in new company.
5. Celebrate small thing
Every small thing has its meaning. It can be bad or good. In case it's good, why we don't celebrate it.
